Worship together is a transforming experience.
As we gather, we recognize that we are a part of something far greater than ourselves. As the music of worship plays we become a part of it as we blend our voices and hearts together in faith.
The reading of Scripture reminds us both of being a part of deep river that flows through us even as the words challenge, inspire and sometimes, confront us. In Holy Communion, we meet the presence of the Risen Christ and know he is near.
Worship is our weekly opportunity to tend the spark that feeds the flame of faith—a flame so much a part of the symbol of the United Methodist Church. It’s because of this that we care about including you and that your experience in worship. At Christ Church is meaningful and transformational. We offer a variety of ways to connect, participate and grow. We have open doors, open hearts and open minds at Christ United Methodist Church.

Because of the gracious nature of Holy Communion, it is open to all. We receive Holy Communion is a variety of ways and each one is meaningful. Christ teaches patience and acceptance, so if you don’t feel comfortable partaking in this most Holy of rituals you are more than welcomed to observe only.
